Flux Energy is a licensed Alberta electricity and natural gas retailer. Our website is fluxenergy.ca.

We collect personal information you give us directly, including:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and service address
• Your postal code (to look up your local rate)
• Your energy usage history when you become a customer
• Payment details processed securely by our payment provider
• Information you give us when you contact support (phone, email, or chat)

We also collect basic analytics about how visitors use our site, pages viewed, source of visit, anonymized device info, through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not sell this data.

• To give you a rate and service. Postal code, name, and address are required to quote and provision.
• To bill you correctly. Usage data comes from your meter reads via the distribution utility.
• To answer your questions. Support conversations help us track issues and follow up.
• To improve the product.Anonymized analytics tell us what's working and what's not.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations as an Alberta-licensed energy retailer.

• We don't sell your personal information. To anyone. Ever.
• We don't use your data to train external AI models without your consent.
• We don't share your data with advertisers for retargeting.
• We don't send marketing emails to people who haven't opted in.
