Every FLUX customer gets a personal referral link in their account. Send it to a friend, post it in your group chat, stick it on the fridge.

Your friend joins on a bundled plan

They sign up as a new FLUX customer through your link on a bundled electricity-and-natural-gas plan. The $50 credit on each side starts on their very first bill, nothing to wait out.

You both earn $50, $10 per bill over 5 consecutive bills

Once activated, the $50 credit is applied automatically as $10 per bill over 5 consecutive FLUX bills. If either of you leaves FLUX early, only the person leaving gives up their remaining instalments.

Why it goes to you

Every retailer spends money to find its next customer. Most of it goes to ad campaigns. Ours goes to the two people who actually made the introduction: the customer who recommended us and the friend who trusted them. It shows up as a line item on the bill you can point to, not a promise you have to take our word for.

The fine print (there isn't much)

The rules.

  • You must be an active FLUX customer to refer. Any plan. Sign up first, refer second.
  • Your referral must be a new FLUX customer (not a former or existing one) and must enrol on a bundled electricity-and-natural-gas plan for KARMA credits to apply on either side.
  • The $50 credit on each side starts on your friend's first FLUX bill. No waiting on payments to clear.
  • Once activated, the $50 referral credit is applied as $10 per bill over 5 consecutive bills, credited automatically against your FLUX charges.
  • Your own next account counts as a welcome, not a referral. Adding another property, or a business you own? Put your KARMA code on that signup and the new account gets the $50 welcome credit. The referrer $50 is for bringing in someone new, so it does not pay on accounts you hold yourself.
  • No referral cap on how many friends you can refer. Earned, activated credits don't expire as long as you remain on FLUX.
  • KARMA™ credits are tied to your active Agreement. If either of you leaves FLUX before all 5 instalments have applied, only the person leaving forfeits their remaining instalments. Credits already applied are never clawed back.
  • FLUX may close or adjust the KARMA™ program with 30 days' notice. Any credits already earned will always be honoured.
